Glad you are recovering well. I ricked a shoulder about two years ago – nothing like as seriously as your fall – and movement range, while no longer painful, is still limited.
Yesterday I sat in the garden at the end of the day and soaked my feet in an old washing-up bowl filled with lukewarm water and very nice smelling bath stuff. And that felt like the most blissfully luxurious thing in the world. Hard relate to this post!
My husband came and got me, and said STOP WORK, TUB TIME. He has to open the hot tub for me still, because short arm reach, but I'll develop a workaround for that too!
Hurrah!

I had a massage done on my right shoulder, called the Bowen technique - after only one session, there was improvement. I wish I'd found it a year ago!
I’ll look it up! Thank you.

He sounds like a gem.
Following my triple vertebrae fractures I used to watch people walking past my window and think
“ there you go, just walking along, one foot in front of the other, talking, read in as if it was NOTHING “
BUT I KNOW it’s something , something huge!
Glad you’re better
Last week I was able to put a hair clip in by myself, without having do it at some weird angle. It's a whole new world I tell you!
Such good news and celebrating alongside you seeing this post.
